Location: Remote – based in North England/Scotland with UK wide Travel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Ktwo. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within the Northern England and Scotland Region. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of agricultural equipment and a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the North.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Effectively manage and grow the customer base within the Northern Region.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets specifically in the North.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support in the Northern Region.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Ktwo’s product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers in the North.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research within the Northern Region to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in the North.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with customers in the Northern Region to close sales deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts specific to the Northern Region.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealers and customers in the Northern Region on the use and maintenance of Ktwo products.
  • Travel: Travel extensively within the Northern Region to meet with customers and attend industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the agricultural equipment industry, particularly in the Northern Region.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Northern Region and the UK.
  • Valid driver’s license.
